How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are carefully packed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary by location and method selected at checkout. You will receive a confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time, 711 Body Studio offers standard shipping on all orders. Expedited shipping is not currently available. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare and package your self-care essentials for delivery.

Yes — 711 Body Studio products are handcrafted in small batches with carefully selected ingredients. We believe in quality over quantity, and that care shows in every product we make.
Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our products are made with quality ingredients, but individual reactions can vary. We recommend a patch test for any product before use.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Because our products are handcrafted personal care items, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will make it right.
What if my product arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging every order, but occasionally things happen during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@711bodystudio.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
